Job Title:          Sanitation Driver, Part Time~Seasonal  

Where:             Ft Lewis, WA             

When:              June 9, 2008 through October 31, 2008

Pay Rate:         $18.00 hour

Benefits:          $3.16 per hour worked (Health & Welfare)

Schedule:          Part time, must be flexible, variable days M-F 7:30am-4:00 pm (May include some weekends)

Posting Date:   June 9, 2008

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick-up & delivery, cleaning and servicing of portable toilets and sinks.  Employee is accountable for providing effective and efficient customer service ensuring government standards and customer satisfaction are maintained. Completes jobs in a safe and qualitative manner. 

 

Physical Demands:

Must be able to push/pull up to 250 pounds and lift up to 45 pounds on a daily basis.

 

Certifications: 

A valid WADL is required.  Must be able to obtain a CDL B with tank and air brake endorsement within 30 days of employment.  Must be bondable by Skookum’s insurance company which requires candidate to be at least 21 yrs of age.

 

Physical Requirements:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma (or equivalent).  Ability to read military maps using military grid coordinates, familiar with Fort Lewis post.  Must be able to follow directions and help organize routes.
