Job Title:                        Grounds Maintenance Laborer (5 positions)

Where:                           Indian Island or Bangor, WA

Pay Rate:                       $12.63/hour

Benefits:                        $3.16 per hour worked   (Health/Welfare for Premium costs)

Shift:                              F/T Seasonal 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday

Season Dates:               April 15th, 2008 – October 31st, 2008

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but not limited to; mowing, trimming, trash pick-up, raking grass, picking up brush, loading large wheel barrels and basic mechanical maintenance of grounds equipment.  This work includes driving a tractor and/or mower and other equipment as necessary.  Reading and understanding contract requirements and maps is a plus.  Duties may also include operating weed eaters, chain saws and brush cutters.

Experience/Requirements:

• 6 months of equivalent experience in a related field, i.e.: lawn and/or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements including; long periods of standing and walking.  Ability to maintain stamina to perform job functions.
• Ability to work on steep inclines, such as hills, and un-level grounds.
• Ability to work in diversified weather conditions including; wet, cold and hot
• Valid Washington State Driver License bondable by our insurance is preferred.
