Job Title:                       Part time Janitor

Pay Rate:                     $14.22 per hour

Work Schedule:           Must be flexible, willing to work days, swing,

                                      grave or weekends.  Will have weekly schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Dusting, washing, wiping, sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming.  Cleaning walls, ceilings,

windows, stairs and stairwells, fixtures, cleaning patient rooms and beds, exam tables and

any other duties as assigned.  Driving to building locations may be involved.  Floor work such

as; stripping, waxing, buffing, sealing, mopping and shampooing.

Physical Demands:  

Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties. 

Will be required to use repetitive motion, reach, lift, kneel, walk, and stand for several hours at a time.  Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Driving Requirements:

Valid WA State Drivers License required.   Must have a good driving record and be

bondable by Skookum's insurance carrier which requires the candidate to be at least 21 years of age.

Immunization Requirements :  

A tuberculin skin test or x-ray and proof of immunization against Tetanus and MMR are required under our contract prior to commencement of work.

Experience Preferred:  

Six months of Janitorial experience preferred.  Specialized vocational, technical or other formal training may be substituted in part for experience.
