Job Title:                       Shop Foreman

Pay Rate:                      $25.69 per hour

Benefits:                        $3.16 per hour worked (Health/Welfare)

Work Schedule:             Full Time; Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Shop Foreman oversees the shop operations, which includes production, quality, HAZMAT compliance, Shop

safety and addressing personnel issues to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable with all the Army maintenance levels of repairs/maintenance.

Must be able to interpret Technical Manuals and regulations.

Must be able to train/instruct new employees and existing employees.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred 3-5 years Maintenance and Management experience/education.

Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 practices and procedures.
