Human Resources
At Skookum, we realize that "people make
the difference." Every Skookum contract contains a Human Resource
Plan. This plan articulates the knowledge, skills, and abilities
called for in the contract. And in case you're looking for an extrovert
- one with team experience— no problem, it's in the plan!
Goal: To plan and implement a human resources
strategy for each contract.
About the process: Our Human Resources Director
is a far cry from "personnel directors of the past." One
of the nicest people in our company, she recognizes that meeting
the human resources requirements for all of our customers' plans
requires the ability to work with one of the world's most diverse
employee populations.
